Getting a FREE Crawlspace Inspection solves that issue by receiving 60-80 pictures and video’s to show your Seller here is what we feel the Professional Home Inspection from the Buyer will find.
-Usually just a mold wipe ON THE EXPOSED BEAMS and wiping around the underside of the floor boards near the plumbing pipes and near the AC boots that leak and cause condensation SOLVES the MOLD FOUND IN CRAWLSPACE ISSUE. $300-$1800 depending on the size of the crawlspace whether 850 sf or 2850+ sf. Also depending on the height… whether 17 inches low all throughout or does it start standing up. Also depends on if its easy to wipe off white mold or is it the Brown and Black mold that needs a 2 -inch steel wire brush to get off.
