Once the evaluation is complete the consultant will text you the Google linked photo album, of 60-100 pictures, that is yours. At your home they will verbally recommend the LEAST priced solution and give pricing. The Consultant, that day, will prepare a 43-page color brochure with all your service options and include a video that walks homeowner through the pictures and what has happened in the crawl space. The Consultant/Inspector will also again recommend the LEAST priced solution that addres all concerns and the solution will last for the life of the home. In the video they will also walk through all service options not to limit you. Our goal is to educate and give options. NOT EVERYBODY WANTS A PALACE for there sealed crawl space. Some just need it healthy, dry, critter free and more energy efficient. Many customers who have a taller more useful crawl spaces, want to hold cocktail parties down there : ), that will use there crawl space more regularly find the Silver and Gold options are a GREAT fit.
