When I was thinking about sealing my crawl space, I called several companies to learn more about the process, benefits, options and costs. Matt was by far the most knowledgeable out of all the companies I spoke with. He laid out all the different options along with the benefits of each one. There was no pressure or hard selling, which I appreciated. When I chose Sealed Solutions to do the work, Matt was very communicative and worked with me to schedule a time that worked with my schedule. The crew showed up on time, were professional, friendly, and cleaned up everything when they were done. I now have extra storage space in my crawl space as it’s a comfortable 70-72 degrees year round. I also have the added benefit of lower electric bills. Matt and his team sealed my crawl space, and did just what was promised with no supervision from me. One other good point to make is that Matt offers options of the work to be completed. After his inspection, he made a recommendation, but will do what ever makes the customer feel safe. Of the five options spelled out in a brochure, I picked the one that I felt comfortable with, and they did it. Other companies that looked at it, gave me a price for what they wanted to do, with no options. I wish I would have had the crawl space sealed years ago, don’t smell musty odors in the house anymore, and lowered electric bill. I have CT’s in electric panel, so I can monitor power usage, and it has dropped since Matt encapsulated the crawl space. Anxious to see how much it lowers heating cost. Thanks Matt

I highly recommend Sealed Solutions for any of your crawl space needs. The owner Matt came out with a few days, evaluated my crawlspace and gave us a detailed estimate within a day along with pictures and video explaining the pictures and his findings. Matts detail to his estimate was very helpful for us to make a decision. He gave a few options we could go with but ultimately decided on a full remediation because of the out of code crawlspace design which resulted in a lot of mold and a smell that traveled into the house. After the first day of removing the mold, there was a huge difference in the house. The finished crawlspace looks EXACTLY like the one on Sealed Solutions website. I would highly recommend Sealed Solutions for your crawlspace. Matt and his team did not disappoint.

Matt at Sealed Solution was absolutely wonderful to work with. After purchasing two income properties in Durham we wanted to upgrade the crawl spaces, deal with mold and rotting wood issues, damaged insulation, and some standing water. Matt came out and provided a thorough estimate which included tons of photos and a narrated video of the crawl spaces (very helpful as we do not live locally). He was up front and forthright about costs and ways in which we could save money. He put us on the calendar for several weeks out but hinted that if there was an opening he would contact to squeeze us in sooner. Thankfully there was an opening and he followed through with contacting us and completed both properties within about 4 biz days. My crawl spaces went from dark, dank, dingy spaces to bright, clean, and vapor barrier protected. I'm thoroughly impressed as is our property manager. We will definitely be using Matt and his team again for future properties.
